Erik Cavarra Closes a Bulk Transaction within the Shadowrock Townhomes of Basalt, Colorado.
The Bulk Sale included (5) Units located on Overlook Ridge within the Development. Units 201, 203, 205, 207 & 209.
Price: $2,175,653.33
These Units were originally built in 2010, and upon a foreclosure, Dave Forenza lost the project in 2012. Erik Cavarra’s clients purchased the property in 2013 which included these (5) units and 60 undeveloped Lots.
The Buyer for the Bulk Units will be placing the Units back on the Market for Sale during the next several weeks.
This Bulk sale represents (6) sales that Erik Cavarra has had within the Shadowrock development during the last year. Sales of the next phase of the development will depend greatly on the sales price, and the quality of the units. Even though the market is increasing in volume, Buyers will still not “over-pay” for the project.
