Exciting News for the Mountain Sage Townhome Project in Carbondale, Colorado:

Carbondale, Colorado:

Erik Cavarra reports that  7 out of the 8 Townhomes within the Free Market or Main Street Side of the complex are now under contract.

The A Building, and B Building consist of (6) Two Bedroom Residences and (2) Three Bedrooms.

Six of the Two Bedrooms and One Three Bedroom are now Pending & Under Contract.

Only (1) Three Bedroom remains, Unit A4, and it is Priced at $497,000.

With construction continuing on pace and schedule set for completion mid July, 2014.
