What will an continued increase in Units, Hotel Nights, and traffic mean for Snowmass Village?
Although sales continue within the Viceroy Hotel, the question remains as to what will occur in the future, will their simply be too many Units added to the Town of Snowmass Village and how will it change the future of lodging? Will older, less new properties be able to compete with newer lower priced Units.
Forecast: Lower Rental Prices, More Inventory, a Finalized Viceroy Product, but years of recovery.
